Keep chirping the guys if you see it happen - make sure the other people around you hear your chirps, get them to say something ass well - it will become contagious and more people will help in the chirping!

WE can make it uncomfortable for anyone who does it!!!

If they abuse you for chirping, so what, you know you are right, so it shouldn't matter... you will always get idiots who drop stuff on the trails, but make them at least think about it and it will\should become less frequent..

DO NOT LITTER is a simple request, if you cant abide by that you deserve to die... Clearly you wont abide by other laws if you cant abide by the simplest of them all.

Off topic a little but I've noticed more and more people throwing litter from cars.

Saw a woman the other day stopped at a traffic light actually open her door to throw papers collected in her door panle. Disgusting!!!

But it is a mindset thing, we drove our domestic home when someone threw litter out of the window and commented on how disgusting it is and she said we shouldn't worry because it creates jobs for the municipality!!!!

 

On topic, I say if you can get at least 2 people to confirm the incident the CSA should implement a years ban from racing. They would have had to pay a day license and they could add the litter detail into the indemnity quite easily.
