SA Duathlon Champs and World Marathon MTB Champs.

 

C'mon people - marathon champs in 2014 is in our own back yard - get training and let's swamp those foreigners in KZN!!!!

Agreed!

I've had a lazy year and I beat that on a 1/4 of the distance... Distance 2,723.4 km Elev Gain 32,505 m

 

120-130,000m vertical ascent should be "avg" for a distance of 10,000 km.

Aim for 150-200,000m climbing :)
