Depending on your height there are a couple of ways to tackle this. Taller screens, better improved ear plugs. Some even advocate shorter screens. sawystertrance Posted November 11, 2019 Share I bought some cheapos from Dischem (picture later) and some expensive ones called NoNoise from Flying Brick. I alternate them.
