Where in CT are you going to view the 90 Racer

Man, CT trip postponed. The Missus has me busy in her restaurant. The 90 is in George at Tex Motorcycles. My CT trip is to purchase a new Spektrum RC transmitter as well as visit my cousin. A few stops at motorcycle shops will be on the cards too. Looking at next week now as the weather is not entirely agreeable for a trip tomorrow. In any event I will need to be back to work Mothers Day at Mrs B’s, we are fully booked and I have staff in training.

Thanks, I must add that I like the Klr 650 also quite a lot. I've looked at so many video's etc about it that I've become VERY interested in them.

It is a cult motorcycle in US, also a sound following in SA with dedicated enthusiasts. Very agricultural bike but I love it. I my opinion crap when two up for a long trip but that is just me. Other than that it is like my old DC8 aeroplane, just keeps going, fix it with duct tape en bloudraad, with the occasional whack from a hammer ha ha!

As mentioned in earlier posts.......I like mine a lot!

Be sure to pop in at Flying Brick, when you are in CT....

No, I don’t want to sell you anything! I want to HEAR more about the DC8...

Cheers

Thanks man ... but that is a little too Harley for me :P

I am another step closer though .... have my learners test booked  ... was not going to say anything here for incase I fail the theory exam to get my learners ... but I am excited and need to share

Awesome man. My wife is going for license end of May.

We met an older gentleman on the training course near us, he mentioned how strange it felt to be the old toppie going for his learners. The younger girls called my wife "tannie", it was quite funny to hear!!

On that note, she found an app where you could learners tests. Can ask her about it if you want.

Probably this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.test.k53motorcycletestsouthafrica&hl=en_ZA&gl=US

I also have some of the older paper based tests if you want to read through them and see what type of questions they asked. The new process is quite slick - do test, hit button pass or fail.

The thing that helped me the most, just the general k53 book that you buy from CNA for I think R60 or something. Study that thing, and maybe read through the questions once to see what type of BS questions they ask, then study some more.

A lot of people will probably tell you that the practical test is hard, it really isn't. So don't psych yourself up too much for it.
