    • I'll keep my 26" cause 650b is not that significant improvement....

I rode a Anthem 650B, did not like it at all. But I will give the new Spez 650b bikes a test drive for sure. But I cant see myself buying one.

Ja, me too, we're on the same page wrt to ever spending our hard earned cash on a 650b. I would rather have kept my 26"

So do you funride XC, AM, DJ, enduro, or DH? Just to list a few options.

Not at all, 95% of the time I go ride in my valley +- 8 hrs a week just enjoying myself and keep fit. Nothing technical, already know all the technical stuff on the different routes, so not that that technical anymore. Some gnarly stuff, but not too hardcore if you catch my drift. Some short steep rocky climbs and descents that will make your lungs pop a bit, but like I said, I'm used to it, so not that challenging anymore, just good honest fun training rides.

Saturday I rode my 29er Vipa and loved it. Sunday I rode my 650b HDR and loved it.

I did not ride AT ALL this weekend...

Let's put a different swing on what I think of a 650b...

If you come to me, any brand 650b, and ask me politely to go ride your bike at the epic, sani2c, attakwas (GOD forbid), cape pioneer trek, tankwa trek, desert dash, transbaviaans, joberg2c, down & dirty, sabi, or what ever...My 1st and honest question to you would be how much are you willing to pay me in $$$$ for me to go on a suffer fest?

BIG HUGE MASSIVE respect for Phillip Buys on the epic!
