I can get nearly three pairs of Falke socks for the price of one pair of Versus.

Are they REALLY that much better?  Or is this an image, fashion thing?

Yes but they are cheaper, do what they are meant to do and they have different colours - win.

Boring?  I don't notice my socks when I ride.  Tar is boring.
