Best Dylan cover has to be the Hendrix cover of 'all along the watchtower'!

 

Another great one is the damned's cover of the Beatles' 'help', better than the original... in my opinion.

 

I've recently been listening to lot's of post modern jukebox covers with my daughter lately. Really fun covers and worth a listen.
