had a look 8000 odd KOM's more than km's i riden this year

You have to give him credit for effort - how many hours does he spend creating segments? And you can see he even takes time to give each one a proper name.

I got the KOM in a total of 15 flat segments

Flat segments are the50% of my KOM list

In particular, I mastered a total of 7

sprints Sprints are flat segments with a total length of 1000 meters or less, where explosive power is often crucial for achieving the first place.

And consider that I have the lead in 3

time trials A time trial is a long flat segment with a total length of 3500 meters or more

According to my results,

my KOM profile matches with

How can that be considered for a KOM?

Looks like this guy has created a segment for just about every piece of road that he rideson. On a number of segments he is the only one listed.

I also have one segment where I am the only person that has ridden it as far as I know.

Private game reserve on the Botswana border.

At least one I should not have to worry about the O Oh notification. Has been there since 2015.

I have a few that has been there since 2012 though , on roads I will not ride again .  Not saying where they are.
