Not small for the runner, and imagine her legal fees over 10 years?

I don't know how the judge decides to split the blame 70/30. If you're doing a race, you have right of way. Spectator must open their eyes and not do stupid stuff. If it's not on closed roads then the event needs to cough up out of their insurance.

shows how it gets dragged out over the years, already gone through high court (I see WPA were implicated too initially).

The spectator seems to have died from an unrelated cause.
