Does anyone know of an over the counter antihistamine that is non-drowsy?

Long story short the ENT I went to thinks my nausea is caused by motion sickness. I went for numerous tests (MRI, VNG test, and Hearing test) and it is not vertigo or an inner ear problem. I have to go see a neurologist in two weeks time.

In the meantime, I googled what helps for motion sickness and antihistamine was one of the suggestions.

Someone that I know very well uses Emex before he does the IM swim and has no issues.

Hacc, you can try Allerway, as mentioned above or any other Deselex generic, such as Desaway. Also now use Claritin (daily) without any issues.

if you do want (it is required at times!) a good night's rest - Allergex and a glass of wine!  :whistling:

Just one Allergex knocks me out. And I wake up all confused. For some reason it doesn't react well with my body.

A bottle of wine seems to work as well....

I think I have a shoe problem. Told my wife I need to run in a different pair every day, doctors orders.

Best case of n+1 I've seen, to date.

I've heard, if looked after, that the Barefoot's last a lifetime.

A lekker morning out with ScottC-M and another cycling club mate at the Colgate 15km.

New PRs, including longest distance. Yeah, I know it’s a flat course, but it’s enjoyable. Cold but bearable.

What does that translate to in hours?

At his pace about 10h

At my pace 20h

10km short of a 100 miles :-)

Edit : I just checked he did it 12h07m
