tjommies3 Posted May 4, 2018 Share Does anyone know of an over the counter antihistamine that is non-drowsy?Long story short the ENT I went to thinks my nausea is caused by motion sickness. I went for numerous tests (MRI, VNG test, and Hearing test) and it is not vertigo or an inner ear problem. I have to go see a neurologist in two weeks time.In the meantime, I googled what helps for motion sickness and antihistamine was one of the suggestions. Someone that I know very well uses Emex before he does the IM swim and has no issues. Hacc

SeaBee Posted May 4, 2018 Share Hacc, you can try Allerway, as mentioned above or any other Deselex generic, such as Desaway. Also now use Claritin (daily) without any issues. if you do want (it is required at times!) a good night's rest - Allergex and a glass of wine! Mudsimus Posted May 4, 2018 Share if you do want (it is required at times!) a good night's rest - Allergex and a glass of wine! Just one Allergex knocks me out. And I wake up all confused. For some reason it doesn't react well with my body.

Frosty Posted May 5, 2018 Share I think I have a shoe problem. Told my wife I need to run in a different pair every day, doctors orders.Best case of n+1 I've seen, to date. I've heard, if looked after, that the Barefoot's last a lifetime.
Frosty Posted May 6, 2018 Share A lekker morning out with ScottC-M and another cycling club mate at the Colgate 15km. New PRs, including longest distance. Yeah, I know it’s a flat course, but it’s enjoyable. Cold but bearable. Lexx Posted May 6, 2018 Share Ha ha, the 60km on Saturday did help a lot to get to 150km, and I am pleasantly surprised that my body is coping so well. But all credit must go my coach. Messier87 and Hacc

Barry Stuart Posted May 7, 2018 Share Just finished plotting the Comrades route on Strava. Distance is out slightly but anyway, it gives a decent idea of the terrain. I'm scared now. https://www.strava.com/routes/13088585 Andrew Steer and Lexx
