How was the coffee?

My personal experience is that it tastes like frothed piss.

Not great but it was free .....

Let's look at the options I guess, Vida coffee I prefer but there's nothing near to the Deep Souf. Kauai now that is just crap coffee, smoothies are great but I don't have the time to work off that amount of calories!

But the various Kauai juices are great!

Ai! Went for a run this afternoon (instead of the road ride I had planned, to avoid the It's Time traffic), got a PB 5km, heart-rate 164bpm avg.... but the total time was a few seconds less than thirty minutes so no points. That'll teach me

What I do for my weekly 5km time trial at the club is to run the 5km, take a lap marker at the end, and then to keep the watch running for a cool down walk/jog up to 30 minutes and a few seconds.

Garmin uploads that to Discovery (it is a TT, so my heart rate is above the threshold)... OK, maybe I'm just unfit?

On Strava I trim the run down to the actual TT segment. All done, and everybody happy  :whistling:

I added about 800m last week when I saw I needed an extra minute or so, I thought it would be enough yesterday. I was struggling with my breathing, so the last thing I expected was to be faster. Same route today was three minutes slower, so back to being a slowpoke but points in the virtual bag ;) I'm not sure my Tomtom has a lap feature, will check it out

Ok I come to ask an updating question.

Initially I thought my Garmin was not syncing with Disco. But now I see that it is, well at least it indicates so on the app. But my activities are only reflecting randomly. As I said before everything was good till end of January since then only two activities are reflecting. What could the issue be?

Oh wow, Disco automatically picked up yesterday's race??

I noted that as well. I went to manually upload via the Disco website, which has been revamped and struggled to find how to manually upload an event... but then saw on the website that the points for the race had automatically awarded

Received my second shoe booster cash back this morning, so satisfied that it's also working as it should.

The Team Vitality cash back hasn't been paid (FastOne and Ride for Sight), despite their promise, in March, that it would be done in the next billing cycle.

My cash back has come through pretty much the same as what you show.

The same thing happened last month, which is why I queried it.

Looks like I need to query it again.

Help me understand the points allocation for an activity please.

Most of my week rides are around 1hr30m long and I normally get allocated 300 points for having a HR average of above 70% for an 1hr.

However, on Sunday I did a more relaxed ride with a friend that took us 3hrs. Of that ride, 1hr15min was above 70% HR and 1hr20 below 70% yet they only gave me 100 points?

I'm thinking I should get at least 300 points for the longer distance and time even though the overall pace was more chilled. Have they made a mistake?

If you go for long rides go for the Endurance athlete.

yes average of the entire workout. Change to the high performace category if you do more longer / relaxed stuff. I still think this is easier to rack up points.
