Pretty happy with my weight gain... only 1.5 kg (2.04%) which considering the circumstances (Xmas silly season feeding and drinking) is OK

Confident that with normal eating / drinking routine I'll be back to normal 78 soon... then i'll focus on using the puppy fat

111 kg...even after i took the battery out and reset the scale...I then replaced the battery and tried again...maybe i need a new scale ;) or just eat less.

been riding like like i stole it...it seems just  not enough to keep the weight off :(

93.9 this morning. down 2kg from last week but still up 4kg from early Dec. back on the bike now full swing, and eating is in order so should get rid of the 4kg fairly easy I hope

I'm very happy with my weigh-in this morning.

Down to 91.7kg, now if only today was the final weigh-in.

I hope it will be sustainable through to next week because I am back at work as of this morning, so won't be able to match the 367km I rode last week - though I will commute to get some distance in...

I did 415km last week and I've picked up a full Kg. Could be that I've only done one ride since the 31st.
