FrankB Posted February 2, 2016 Share Hi All Here we go again, according to Cycling South Africa as of today the Cape Town Cycle Tour 2016 has not been sanctioned which means that anyone with a CSA Domestic Racing License taking part will face a fine and or will be suspended.
