Christmas market set up.  There's 32 guns on the wall and another ~250 under the table.

New addition to the gun line - these ring like a bell when you hit it with a rubber band. I sell them with two cans of coke (for R50, bloody bargain I think) Will try and get a video on Saturday.

Don't let Adele Kirsten catch you trying to sell toy guns that looks like Semi-auto rifles to kids.

Damn onedayonly had the cordless Dremel at R399 now, got it into my cart and trying to check out then their server falls over. When it eventually came back up it was sold out. Seriously annoyed now because I have been wanting one of those for a while.

Had a spat with a lady at the flea market some time ago, she walked past my stall and mumbled loudly about 'making kids violent' ... against my better judgement I answered her, it was rather amusing to see her resolve falter after one or two questions regarding guns in general.

People are too worried about everything these days. Kids need to be kids and actually play outside rather than sitting in front of the tv and those toy guns are a great reason to do just that.

Besides, the guns in GTA and Battlefield looks much more real.  :whistling:

Have you considered finding inexpensive camo type looking safety glasses or goggles you can sell with the guns?

And it is also where the notion comes from that it is not really dangerous, as nobody actually dies, you just reset and carry on. It desensitizes the kids from death.

We were taught (with the flat hand against the ear) that you do not point any "gun" that shoots a projectile of any sort, at any person.

You must check very carefully before just clicking on Onedayonly, some of their specials are not so special.

Have twice now found items on their page that I was watching on Takealot and their special price was much more.

Not all their stuff obviously, have bought a few items from them that were cheaper than anywhere else, just do your homework.

Is anybody here familiar with the Wolfcraft brand of woodworking tools or whether they are available locally?

They have some really interesting pieces of equipment. Obviously not up to the top quality stuff but for the weekend warrior doing the odd home job or project they seem ideal.

I sell Dromex impact resistant safety glasses as well, for the ninnys. The rental crates comes with 5 as well. I actually give them away to a lot of kiddos as well, especially the gingers ... geez they (we?) are a different breed.
