YOH no socks  :eek:

I wore socks at 70.3 EL and still blistered all over my feet :thumbdown:

I even changed socks between bike and run but this diddnt help either so I would def take the time in transition to put socks on just to save my feet!!!

Damn socks take long to get on wet feet. Am gonna try the no-socks at bela bela.

Roll socks towards the toes and leave like that for T1, when you put your socks on you only have to insert the toes then roll the sock over the feet and ankle... saves fighting with wet feet :)

Any tips to get below 2:00 / 100m swimming pace?  ;)

 

Also, how long did it take you / how did you get into a relaxed swimming rhythm - swimming faster, yet more comfortably?
