I've been under-consuming during most of my races. Explains a lot Yes myself. Might explain my desperate performance on day three at the Panorama after going really well on day 1 and 2. Â I mix my own drinks from stuff in the kitchen and I think I'm spot on with that. Just not using enough of it.
