Things like this really bother me, its all well and good that they catch the guy and he probably gets punished for it, but that doesnt undo the damage that the cyclist received.

What good is knowing someone is in jail if your life is changed forever because someone didnt care enough to not drive drunk??

Will not happen.  Take all the drunken driving incidents (and hit and run) where the driver is not in jail.  There have been several of late.  Just take the Durban ones = nothing.  Other accident in Pmb = nothing.

 

Is there something I am missing?
