This article actually is so badly researched, never quote a city's elevation.

Nairobi is not 1795m above MSL- that would imply that it is a flat city at that height. They should quote an average height, Nairobi is below 1600m at one end and over 1800m at the other end so in context really he could have lived at 1550m or at 1850m.

Then we start with JHB, the top of the Northcliff koppies may be -+1750m but at the Cradle where he cycles it is closer to and average of 1500m so really they did not actually check facts properly, just writing for the sake of writing

Ross clearly has an axe to grind, losing some cred there for sure, but it also doesn't make all his points null and void, even if his passion for this issue might blur the lines a little. Take what you can from it all I say, and make up your own mind.

The WADA test might be flawed, but that doesn't necessarily explain how Froome ended up with double the maximum allowed Salbutamol levels in his system... something that has never happened from my knowledge. As pointed out, the only two other 'positives' for this weren't anywhere near this level. Over all these years surely we'd have had a whole host more if it was so flawed... yes we would have. I can only assume he had more in his system for a reason... we just don't know why.

Salb from our understanding isn't some great booster - but maybe in conjunction with something else it is? Maybe it's a masking agent for something we don't know of? The timing of his positive test, the day of his miraculous Tour winning ride that led to his Vuelta victory is what really worries me more than anything. That's an awful lot of smoke in my books, and in my (humble) opinion there is something there, even if we don't know what it is yet.

I like Chris, I believe racing at that level unfortunately leaves you with few options to compete at the top, and while there is this smoke surrounding him, he's certainly not the only one deserving of plenty scutiny, like the press (and the French with their legendary dopers) will have you believe...

It's all just a big game, and Chris and Sky are winning at the moment

I think its going to be a very tough 3 weeks for our guy Froome, french fans are going to make sure they make it beyond uncomfortable for him. Maybe that gives him the Giro drive to take a 5th title. Lets go

ya I'm inclined to support the Froome dog just because of all the crap he's been through

There was the lady cyclist the other day with even higher levels busted not too long ago.  Can't remember her name now.  Wonder if she is going to appeal now.

Never ever thought we would be comparing a major EPO, HGH, Testosterone, cortisone, and blood doping system to a venteze inhaler, but hey, it's 2018...

THIS^^^^^

WTF? The world is upside down. Caster has to take drugs to bring her hormone levels down and a rider from the 80's (I don't for one second think he was clean) calls Froome a cheat for using a god damned inhaler based on LEAKED information. Calling for a rider strike!!!! Really????

How many riders in the line up have served bans for ACTUAL DOPING infringements? Why aren't the riders striking about that?
