Hi All, does anyone have an Shimano Acera 8spd derailleur lying around? I am looking for a new one as the jockey wheels are completely worn making the chain jump everywhere. Even just the jockey wheels would be amazing.

OK, I will bite, when you say conversion do you mean the whole kit as in: 

Tensioner

Spacers

Cog

Single speed or BMX chain

Or are you just looking for one of the above mentioned?

I am currently running a 34T chainring, so probably a 18-20T cog, also have a 30/32T chainring.

I am confused, should it be 35mm bar or steerer clamp? I have this one with a 35mm something steerer clamp with a 31.6mm bar clamp

I have an 18 with a wide base you can have for free. 

The best thing I ever did re spacers was to buy some alu tube and cut it to measure. 1 spacer on either side. I then took an old 11 tooth and ground the teeth off into a bevelled edge for the end of the free body. 

The spacer kits at Rapide are cheap though
