anyone has tokens in table view or cape town area for a standard size steerer ? I only have Overdrive2 ones but they are way too wide for my new bike, and I'm not too keen to cut the steerer just yet

I have a couple .... can swing past your place and you can see what you need to make it work.

JBR is a racing snake bro....... Got any carbon ones?

🤣

Thanks Hairy, I managed with the OD2, just put a ziptie in and it doesn't move anymore :D

A real race snake wouldn't hesitate to cut the steerer tube though !

Looking for the Shimano Di2 Etube connection system that link the Di2 to a computer. This is the old version that came out with first generation Dura Ace and Ultegra 10spd not the later that plugs into the charger port or link to the mobile app.

@Block I have such a system, I am on the east rand, you are more than welcome to come and use it at my house, don't really want to sell it.

That is all good and well, but I will not sleep at night knowing you are running with cable ties ..... even if I drop some off in your postbox (Got to run out today and will be passing by your place) .... you see what you can use, even temporarily, and then I can pick up from your postbox what you did not use on another day.

I need a handlebar shim, 35mm to 31.8mm.  Can somebody assist?  I have a 35mm stem, want to use a 31.8mm handlebar.

I wouldn't shim the handlebar - chances are you will feel the bar moving in the stem clamp while riding. There's a lot of force that goes through that clamp.

I ride shimmed handlebars all the time.

I have 2 bikes (1 my road/gravel BMX and the other my Rigid SS mtb) which use shims and I don't notice either.

Just line up the shim gaps with the gaps between the stem and stem plate and off you go

Looking for 3 of these ..... Hinged Water Bottle Cage Clamps 28.6mm

Have a classic steel framed bike and lost the original water bottle clamps.

The frame does not have cage threads.

Anyone know where in SA I can purchase these hinged clamps?

Currently hacking it ... but the coffee shop guys don't think much of it  :)
