my heart desires Loris for the men's winner, and head says Rachel for the ladies.

form book suggests Loic, Troy and Pierron, for the mens, and Rachel or Tracey for the ladies. The rest are chasing tail-end of the podium.

Nina or Cabirou for 3rd. But i think the latter has the edge in that little battle.

 

IMO even though Bruni won, Loris had a much better run in the bottom section, gaining time where Bruni lost time. A great race overall.

I was really bleak that loris didn't win.. He really deserved it... Was a great run loic knew his time too... Not sure if that helped him

Not sure it does help, it's not like you can look down at your segments during a race run. At this level the okes go 110% for 100% if they want to win. I don't think there is such a thing as a conservative run that gets on the podium anymore.
