I am just curious as to how they will interpret me and my dad riding together because I still stay with them so we always ride together. Last thing I want is arguing with an official because he says we are not allowed to ride in a group but yet we stay in the same house....... Because my dad is ready for tomorrow as he hates the IDT whereas I don't mind it

apparently I am not allowed to swim so I am going to get one of those water bikes so I can complete my 5km radius lap

You just solved my similar problem of losing out on 19.63km^2 of riding area. (Locked down in Glentana)

posted it earlier or maybe in another thread but this was a perfect example of how your sarcasm is so advanced...people actually think your are stupid haha

If somebody needs the sarcasm font to identify sarcasm, the joke probably wasn't meant for them.

I just realised, even though I know about the 8pm curfew. I wont be able to go for a road ride. We fasting right now. I would of done my ride in the evening, but guess I will have to wait another month. Ahh well, I will say that the curfew is therefore not fair. (let the fighting begin)

math lit and maths is very different from each other.

both wrong...if you needed to take math literacy the appropriate spelling (and pronunciation) would be: MAFF

Just received this...

"Hi Ben, thanks for your query.

Sadly Table Mountain, as well as the beaches amongst various other facilities, will remain closed during level 4 lockdown. The word came from the top so it’s simply out of Sanparks’ hands. Other places that may provide some interim relief for your legs include the greenbelts and a few other spots around Cape Town namely;

“...public thoroughfares across the city will be open for those residents who want to run, jog, cycle or walk within a 5 km radius from their homes between 06:00 and 09:00.

These include spaces such as:
• Sea Point promenade (the paved area, and not the grass, or play area)
• Muizenberg to St James walkway
• Strand promenade
• Willis Walk in Simon’s Town
• Kommetjie walkway to lighthouse
• Government Avenue next to the Company’s Garden; and
• all other publicly accessible boardwalks or pathways

We have posted this info to Facebook and twitter and will continue to keep the public up to date with any developments. - https://bit.ly/2WiLl6q"

Now I'm confused.

I'm going to just come out and say it - I have no sense of direction.  I grew on the beach and can only navigate if I can see the Ocean.  I got lost riding the Sani with a GPS and 4500 other riders around me.

This is brilliant because I would have ridden 5km on my garmin in various directions - looking at this I can get a long ride in and never be further than 5km from home.

When to cop tells me I'm 17km from my house I'm going to show him this map

Now the hard part, early morning riding.  Flexi hours and working from home has made me soft

Thanks Morph

So you stay just above White's road ? I would be quite happy to cycle that road up and down for a month ! Enjoy .
