Hi,

Does anyone know of the process for Oakley warranties?

I bought my jawbreaker 2 years ago (-1 day) and found this morning while trying to change lens the nose bridge mechanism broken. I bought them from traildemon.co.za who was active on here but the website doesn't exist anymore and the email I sent was returned...

Thanks

I've never ever got Oakley to warranty anything I bought from their retails.

Peeling lens coatings,

Rubber nosepiece that fell out

Ear piece rubbers that broke down and stretched

So really I wish you the best of luck with this adventure.

I buy cheap D'arcs for cycling and I use prescriptions for general. Only thing the frames are good for now is prescriptions lenses that has nothing to do with Oakley or Luxotica

There are two places in the complex at Black River. The one downstairs is an outlet shop, and one you'll be looking for is across the courtyard upstairs.

Good luck... Customer service is not high on their list of priorities as I found out when I went there.

So to revive an old thread and not directly related, but...

Somehow my Jawbreaker nose piece ejected last year at the DC. I was able to order a metal clip/hook (Aliexpress), but not the nose piece. I'm under the impression Oakley doesn't provide these parts (they definitely don't provide the metal clip).

Thoughts? 3d scan and print the nose piece?

For reference, b&w pair does not have the nose piece. Black pair does...

Try the Revant Optics lenses. They are way cheaper and have very good clarity and optics. I just replaced all my glasses with them - two sets of Oakleys and a set of Ray-Bans.

You have to order from Revant directly in the US. They will ship here. Not sure about the rest but best to contact them. I got my lenses while I was in Singapore.

Will probably work out cheaper to order a pair of jawbreakers on Aliexpress and then just use that piece you need from the Aliexpress pair.
