anyone know why this stage wasn't a summit-finish? does the finish after a descent add to the stage quality? personally, I like a summit-finish. this seem anticlimactic actually

I think everyone's hoping that it means that it won't be a procession to Paris with Pogacar leading the way. That said Pogacar is still the outright favourite for the win.
