And dont complain either, because then you want it, so buy it. Or dont buy it if you dont have the money. And then dont complain either. If they seller gets no offers, he will bring his price down.

Eldron Posted January 22, 2021 Posted January 22, 2021 Free market principle applies - nobody is forcing anyone to buy anything. That said - the second hand market (specifically the trainer market) has gone up here recently. We're in a high demand and low supply situation so prices climb methinks.

Wimmas Posted January 22, 2021 Posted January 22, 2021 Supply and demand.... Economics 101. I bought one of my bikes, a 2018 Scott Scale 960 for R14k at the end of 2018 brand new. Sure I can sell it at close to purchase price now. The world is disfunctional at the moment and stock is running low. Remember the exchange rate has a ripple effect. You do not notice a drop immediately, it comes with time.
