Coming home the N1, Woodstock, Saltriver and liesbeek had some very hairy moments

Questioned why i didn't just stay at home and Zwift 😅

Last couple of days just recovery rides on Zwift .... followed by an aqua session in a "cool pool".  (thank goodness the pool is not "cold" yet)  Apparently the cold water is supposed to assist with the recovery .....

Rinse .... repeat ... IDT, then in the pool in the morning rain at 5:45.

 

Leg finally beginning to feel, and look, better.
