Where has your bike taken you today?

Something that's become apparent after yesterday's ride in Jonkers. I need more distance WITH hills. It was only ~25km, but the climbing killed me. My normal route around the greenbelts is about the same, but super flat. I need to change that.

What was your total ascent yesterday?

Also did a sub 30 with more than a 1000 of rocky, twisty stuff

850m. 25km. Not something I'm used to...

Yeah, that'll warm you up.

Haven't been to Jonkies yet.

That's coming up soon.

you need to. That Red trail (Bennet's Red / Red Phoenix) is riding BRILLIANTLY. If this is what it rides like after rain, winter is going to be fantastic.

It's less technical than the Canaries, but DAMN fun at speed.

Yesterday's ride from home base to Suikerbosrand Nature reserve and back. This photo was taken by a club member (and occasional hubber) following us there and back (and riding a lap through the reserve).

We are planning that ride too soonish - from up in Linden it will be about a 180km ride though.

It is one of my 'have to do's' before I move to NZ.
