***** We don't normally ride in the middle of the road like this.  The first few minutes were very dark and my light was too weak so Chainsaw rode to light my way.

What a fail this morning...

 

I felt so nauseous going up the first climb of Majik. 

 

So strange I thought to myself, I can usually do this, but why not today?

 

Then I went back to what I ate this morning: Leftover burger and chips from last night with coffee. There is the culprit! I ate way too much.

Morning mtb ride in Karkloof.  First photo is at sunrise.  The distant hills just peeking out of the mist are where we climbed to.  Up Lebanon and Mount Gilboa.  Second photo....stunning weather and crystal clear views from the top.  80km 1300m climbing
