When my brother in law who lives in Switzerland messaged me to say he had entered a 7 day gravel race and had already paid, I got cold shivers. 

Quickly checked the event out and with much relief found out that this skormonkel had nothing to do with it.

As I have always understood it, a statement that is both true and published in the public interest cannot be defamatory.

If Bewsher belives that it is in his best interest to have his dirty laundry aired in court, he is severly misguided.

If he claims it to be defamatory then you have to prove that it isn't.. I wouldn’t want to deal with that if I didn’t have to..

Not sure if it has been mentioned before, but why not report him to SARS.

I am 99.99% sure he has not reported any of his "income" or submitted Tax returns as well. 

SARS is maybe the only Government agency that actually functions, and they might make a move on him.

That’s a really good shout mate.! SARS ARE RUTHLESS.. They don’t even need you to appear in court.. they just go straight to the judge and get a court order and attach your bank account.. and that’s that.. checkmate..

Ive heard that our pal is briefing his attorney and will be issuing legal letters soon, with cases against a number of members on this thread,  for defamation.
