Do u take a rod along?
A friend of mine gave me a telescopic rod a while back. I am too scared to use it. Its very light and extremely flexible.
Yes I have a 4 piece fly rod that I take along. Reel, rod and flies goes into a case that can carry over my shoulder.
Never used a telescopic rod, but if its light and flexible it should be good fun.
Everything on that website is also available from aliexpress.com
I won't touch it.
Just travel a bit further past Northgate until you see Nicholas Plants on your right. In there is Cyclists Workshop. Been my LBS for the last 2 years and never had an issue. They also have lots of used bikes for sale. Ask for Josh.
I replaced my Cosmic Elites with Vision Trimax 35's.
They ride like a dream and many people mistake them for carbon wheels because of the dark brake surface.
The brake surface has a PEO hard coating that makes it wear resistant.
After a few rides the brake surface on my wheels still look like new.
Note that these are not noisy wheels, but they still sound good and roll forever.
I bought a pair of Leatt Shoes and Giant pedals from Olympic Cycles a couple of months ago.
Really happy being back on flats and the shoes are great.

Tomorrow will be eleven years for me. The attached book " Never take another puff " was a game changer for me. I gave up smoking cold turkey and never smoked again.
I hope this book can also help someone else.NTAP_large_print_212_pages.pdf
I don't think so. I actually had to go one size bigger when I bought mine.I just wonder if I will fit in a Medium with all the larges sold out.

Very good price for these. Used them this last winter and even at -1 I didn't feel the cold. Also some specials on short bibs.
Hi ChristianHello Rudolph,
Thanks for considering the Wahoo KICKR. It will be the best buy you ever make
Regarding the differences. Wahoo simply made minor improvements on a bullet proof product that does not require much change.
The have however made the following changes based on customer feedback:
- The KICKR 4 2018 will be silent. Based on feedback from customers this was a major point of improvement to compete against the sound of the NEO.
- The heavier flywheel makes the true road inertia a bit more realistic.
- Adjusted carry handle for compatibility.
The other points you have made already works with the KICKR i.e axle compatibility, Headwind/Climb integration.
So whether you buy a KICKR 2017 / 2018 there are minor differences and either way you have a bulletproof, solid, pain cave machine.
Thanks for your input. I am now the very happy owner of a Kickr 3.
But then I have to confess I also have the Wahoo Elemnt, Tickr HR monitor and the Wahoo speed and cadence sensor. So I wasn’t going anywhere else for a IDT.
I run the beta version of Zwift on Android and everything connects seamlessly.
Just as I have done all my research and decided on buying a KICKR 3 2017, they go and launch a KICKR 4 2018.
Now do I wait for the new one to arrive in SA or just buy the KICKR 3? From what I can see these are the changes.
