    Agreed...I see a lot of things advertised for just a few Rands less than a new part/bike whatever... If there isn't a considerable saving (or a scarcity issue) then for me I would rather pay a little more and get something new, with a warranty and generally with no payment/seller/shipment issues....

    I have an old spoke....bashed flat and wide at the end...when the bike is up on the stand I just turn the crank and gently but 'effectively' hold the flattened spoke against the jocket wheel and scrap the gun off, wipe with lappie and good to go...Every couple of months I remove the wheels and clean the bearing/bushing and all is sweet...Small flat screwdriver also works...

    I ride with First Ascent Liners and a not so heavy full fingered winter glove....when (if!) it starts getting hot you can just remove the thermal inners and keep the lighter outer glove on...

    I don't like this black coating they use on the RS forks. My 2019 Recon also showed marks very quickly. I had a Suntour Mag 32 10 years ago and those uppers were black and took many thousands of Kms before showing wear....my 2c...

    It felt a little cold at 7am....ice was around 7 or 8mm thick on water. Thankfully the day did warm up ever so slightly....Very hazy over the Magalies this morning...all the veld fires....fires for warmth and general smog just hanging in the air down through the valley to Harties onwards...

    I play a lot of CS GO. Look out for me : Tappets2020 It plays quite well for my crap connection....LOL is not too bad but sometimes the lag is awful! Ping on CS is around 25-30....still pathetic but playable!

    Its often not cheap though. I find the smaller shops are better value these days. Both in price and sometimes in product range...and answering a question you may have....!

    Wow, absolutely terrible. Is there more news on this, was the driver arrested etc? For me personally they can ban alcohol for 7 days of the week.

    I bought one of those vapes last year...they are great little things...great smelling smoke...acceptable in a lot of social situations....can even nip into a shopping centre loo for a quick puff! My boss used one in the factory so I took a chance and did the same.... BUT because it was so nice I found myself smoking more and more on the vape AND still on the ciggies... This is the ONLY time EVER I will thank the ANC for something....banning smokes and helping me quit 2 months ago!
