I sometimes have the same issue. I am married and we have four kids. the youngest being 2,5 years old. She feels that she doesnt have time to do things for herself anymore blah blah blah .......... It is difficult and i am not for one minute going to say i have the answer. In order to try keep the peace i train on the indoor trainer at night when she sleeps which sucks because we dont really spend time together. I also get up very early on weekends to try and be home while they are having breakfast. My biggest saving grace is that i cycled before i met her. When i met her i stopped cycling for a year. I became overweight and exteremly grumpy. She told me i had to start cycling again and i use that against her every time she tries to give me attitude. What has also helped is that i sometimes HAVE TO just miss a day of training here and there to try and keep the peace. I hope you come right and if you do please share the secret!

Its is very sad but it is clearly stated in the Occupational Health and Safety act. Whilst you are doing a good deed and possibly saving a few more lives. SHould anyone be injured as a result of "defective" workmanship and a life is lost. You could find youself sitting in jail!

I have never been able to wheelie let alone lift the front wheel decently. I was test riding a mates bike one day at Phambili and decided to try lift the wheel. The front end was so light i went over backwards in the parking lot. The next day i went and bought a bike just like his!

The wheels are a little extreme for my taste but i do love the graphics on the frame.

Not sure what industry you are in but when i did laser cutting and profiling, we used to charge a handling fee if you supplied your own material.

i was there this weekend. The food is great! Myself and my mates really enjoy stopping there after riding a few laps at Rietvlei. This weekend was the first time i experienced bad service.

I have also heard that some manufacturers are only going to manufacture 29er and no longer manufacture 26" bikes. Edit: And i have heard it from more than one bike shop.
