VARS Wild Pofadder …sommer so in die jagkamp..BOERE BANTING

1 Sprinbok lewer

2 springbok Niertjies

1 Sringbok hart

350g gemaalde vleis (verkieslik met bietjie vet aan)

1 ui, fyngekap

2 knoffelhuisies, fyngekap

koljander, grofgemaal

Sout en swartpeper na smaak

Meng alles goed deur en stop in vetderm.

Bind oop kante toe met tou.

Braai stadig op die kole en draai gereeld om.

1 lewer (bees of wild)
Peper
Steak en Chops speserye
250gram kaas
2 medium tamaties
1 groot ui
100 ml vars room
Skaap vet derm

Spicey garlic tomatoe mopani worm stew

 

1/3 cup or 40 grams dried mopane worms
4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
2 medium Irish potatoes, diced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small hot pepper, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cups vegetable broth or water

never had it but sounds delicious.

Very nice!!! but not everyone can make them, and not everyone can braai them. 

need to be braaied long and slow for crispy fat. nom nom nom. Having some tonight.

sho a smashed avo and egg Mugg and Bean breakfast would be lekker now!

If you haven't already, try their Eggs Benedict. Their pulled pork isn't too bad either.
