I actually like rollmops.A kraut colleague introduced me to it...gives me heartburn tho.

VARS Wild Pofadder …sommer so in die jagkamp..BOERE BANTING

1 Sprinbok lewer

2 springbok Niertjies

1 Sringbok hart

350g gemaalde vleis (verkieslik met bietjie vet aan)

1 ui, fyngekap

2 knoffelhuisies, fyngekap

koljander, grofgemaal

Sout en swartpeper na smaak

Meng alles goed deur en stop in vetderm.

Bind oop kante toe met tou.

Braai stadig op die kole en draai gereeld om.

2 medium tamaties
1 groot ui
100 ml vars room
Skaap vet derm

1/3 cup or 40 grams dried mopane worms
4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
2 medium Irish potatoes, diced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small hot pepper, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cups vegetable broth or water
