Mine was the most wonderful one......because my WIFE did that with one of the team DJR bikes on her car! She drove into a parking garage and swiped it off the roofrack.........I finally realized that it was not good for my health to keep reminding her of that day...........but luckily the boys don't feel the same way and they never let an opportunity slip of reminding her........ :D

ha ha, that's funny. until someone gets hurt. I wonder if there are any bylaws against this, it's obviously quite dangerous but would be hard to put into words.

I Can think of a few ways.. If it was unsolicited artwork - I.e graffiti then i'm sure it counts as vandalism, or destruction of public property,  also the design of the artwork is a bit reckless and endangers one lives,
