If he was a pointer, that would have been a nice meal

The ducks are a decoys, but  really good ones, in fact, so good that by the next morning when I went to pick them up, an otter tried to catch them and bit holes in 3 of them.

Little Mika is causing consternation amongst my 2 cats. But at least Rudolph is starting  to accept her. But we are not there yet where I can leave her with him in the back yard for too long.

And so it begins... Jock Jr, Demon Dog, starting his physiotherapy at Pawsitive Pawsabilities.

Our little girl had both her back hips sorted by ops and then did the treadmill. She is now OK and living happily! #goodthoughts

I once was chatting with a girl at the vet's. She had a beautiful husky with her. She told me she could only work parttime because he needed 3 walks per day of at least 2 hours! and even that didn't wear him out on some days.   I really love animals but I wouldn't want to shedule my life around them so drastically, that's a bit too much.

They dont need that much

Meet Mika, our new family member. But dammit, I am stressed as our mature Swiss Shepherd, Rudolph, just want to chew her. So for now she stays indoors until I can figure out how to get them used to each other.

She's cute! Enjoy her, Huskies are very special kids!
