first time posting... and i assume we are only interested in cycling TSS

A lot of DC training in that, so i feel like my weekly number will be a lot less normally after the race. But seems a lot of guys are doing this week in week out  :eek:

Havent been on the "Fred" for a while. Getting my PM put back on today (took me a while) but the training has been few and far between.

 

Hopefully have something to report next week.

Eish! Something went horribly wrong here.

Didn't know it was possible for IF to be this high.

This was on my trainer (set to Road Ride resistance) on a route between Gordon's Bay and Pringle Bay.

The first one bombed out at 16 minutes, so I started again and did the full 25.3Km route.

 

edit: reading on the Training Peaks website, my Threshold Power appear to be incorrectly set. I got a mail after the ride showing my threshold power changed from 220 to 243. I remember in October, I had a 237.
