wake up at 03:45,

on the bike at 04:30,

off the bike at 07:30,

off to Varsity at 08:15,

back from Varsity at 13:00,

on the bike at 14:00,

off the bike 17:30.

 

Weekend:

wake up at 04:00

on the bike at 04:45

off the bike at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00. depends

No, with after hours studies I manage around 10-11hrs a week, so have to make them quality.

 

Explains why I am sooooooo slow! :blush:

By using Dr. Ferrari’s formula:

Froome 5.96 W/kg on 5 major climbs in 2013 Tour.

Nibali 5.99 W/kg on 5 major climbs in 2014 Tour.

Average duration of 5 climbs: 35 min (both 2013 and 2014)
