How to go about training during the week if the following 3 weekends I have 4 races coming up?

Wanted to ride easier this am, but still going hard on the climbs.

Firstly,

Choose a peak event / target race of the 4

Or maybe 2, like an A race and a B race.

Sterkte.

I need a techno tip, please

Changed my FTP setting on my Garmin Connect software (using settings and 'Power Zones'.

Yet, it doesn't wanna change on my training date profile.

I've signed out, then signed in again.

I've re-setted it a few times.

No glory, no win.

Anyone has an idea?

Just one 267 TSS ride this week

IF 0.87

The rest were chilled spins to bust some stress.

Work travel thwarted any serious watts this week.

Not to sure how to solve your problem but have you tried changing them on your device and then importing them to Garmin connect.

Thanx!

Haven't tried that.

Le'me see.

Can only adjust HR zones unless I am missing some steps.

There is a function where you send data to device if you've changed it on garmin connect. or else change on device.

Still struggling with the manflu for the first 3 days of last week I'm pretty chuffed with my 560TSS for the rest of the week.

Legs are somewhat tender this morning though ^_^

k@k week for me just felt flat and some XC lap intervals didn't help. 672 TSS 0.80 IF

I have a 'easy week' every 3rd week or so - half the intensity, half the time in the saddle

Maybe some rest'll help, Spoke101?

Thanx, man.

Thanks for the tip. I thought as much. I felt like a million bucks this morning after a decent nights sleep. Studying, working and trying to keep the pro's honest is just getting to much at the moment. I'm lucky if I get more than 5hrs sleep a night so there is probably the main cause. Looks like I'm going to just back off till the end of the year when I finish studying.

Look under settings, bike settings, Bike profiles, The bike you using, Power zones.
