para 5 says hes going to help?

It says he is going to help establish testing protocols. What disappoints me is he says he has no info regarding supply or any any info on anyone else involved. He say he acted on his own. Didn't know you could make EPO

Epo is readily available it is used to treat a number of medical conditions, if doctors in this county will sell sick notes they will sell scripts just like with steroids supplied to school kids and gyms etc... if u read the background to the LA affair u will see one of his main sponsors on US postals was one of the original developers and mass producers of Epo so no doubt they had very easy access to any amount they wanted at very little cost.

Commenting on the sentence George received, Galant says: “George claims his EPO doping was isolated to himself and he could not provide us with information in terms of an infrastructure of doping. Hence he received the standard two-year ban, as there were no grounds for a reduction in this sanction.”

I say MINIMUM two years if you spill the beans, life if you don't. Surely he was buying it SOMEWHERE and had to use it after, before, during races. Someone else HAD to know. Ridiculous.

I'm sorry but that is such BS! EPO may or may not be readily available - but it is definately NOT legally available for the purpose DG used it. Someone broke the law and / or their ethical codes to get it to him - whether a doctor, pharmicist or someone brought it into the country illegally.

2 years is the maximum penalty that can be dished our right now, which really is a sad sad joke. I believe the proposal on the table is for this to be increased to 4 years... We are not going to see life time bans anytime soon (unless you are Lance that is).
