My first thought when I saw this, is that he didn't know the dog was tied to the bakkie.Let's not just asume het did this on purpose. Maybe someone else tied the dog to the back. It's not clear in the pic if the dog was tied, or just on a leash.If we have the facts and it's clear this was on pupose then I agree with all the above comments.I just can't believe that someone will do this on purpose in the first place, and secondly be so absent minded to drive through town with the dog dragging.My 2c. geecee 1
geecee Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 i doubt it was done on purpose. i remember an article i had read in the past and this happens from time to time, someone hooks up there dog to thw bar so it doesnt wander and someone drives off in the car unknowingly dragging the poor pooch behind. not nice either way it happened
