Dee eye why!

On professional service can run up to R2500. That is enough to buy all your own tools and a work stand.

Next 4 services and you will have paid it all off.

Google and the Park Tool website is all you need to get through the tricky stuff like BBs and Hubs. The rest are easy.

What do you prefer?

Your own guy that spends more than a hour on a full service at the same cost?

Or

A hour service that a guy has to do, to get thru 8 bikes a day?

Loaded question perhaps?

if i had the time i would go for training and do all of it myself, yet a day is only so long and only so many days in he week, a personal mechanic is good if they know their trade and are dedicated, my unfortunate experience id thet start off well and then hings go downhill from there as they get more clients. so the diy thing perhaps only option at the end

Do it yourself, park tool website and you tube, Guarantee after the first time you do it and iron out the errors becomes easy, including servicing a fork
