The front of your batch should come in on about 2h40, so as long as you can hang on the bunch for long enough you should make it. Best of luck.

You're setup for at least a 2:50. Wish you all the best.

Not sure if this has been covered already but who is offering bike transport from CT to Jozi for the race. Had to book flights instead of driving and don't what to know what flying my bike up there will cost with Mango!

One week and some change to go. Time to pack away the mtb for the week and dust off the old road bike. Did a 3:16 last year starting from the back of the charity bunches. Starting from K this year I must go under 3! We're still getting a nice big group together in K?

Still in K...still aiming for sub 3. Assuming those 45km/h winds stay away

Still in UU, still getting sub 3.

Yes this is now piss poor performance .

Still no feedback from race office.

Hi All,

As per last year we are raising money for the Cancer foundation Pink Chicks this year again, except this year myself and beautiful wife are attempting it on a tandem!!

We have tried to ride the contraption once but keep falling over :) should be quite the spectacle on race day ;-)

If you could sponsor any amount even R5 it would be greatly appreciated!!

Just follow the instructions on the form and use our code at the top of the sponsor form as reference.

All the best to the first-timers, take your time smile and enjoy. All those going for sub 3's, all the best and Gods speed.

Racing Regards,

Stuart & Karin
