kosmonooit Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Maybe its an issue when racing for a position, but amongst the blunt end of the race? Seen it often, it bothers me but not enough to do anything about it. They have to live with that, not me. Littering bothers me more, and that I will make a chirp about.
ScottCM Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 If not a timing error then how is this any different from EPO, blood transfusions etc etc?If proven guilty, name & shame and give a 4 year ban Bat and Tiny K 2
Thug Posted January 22, 2014 Author Posted January 22, 2014 I did pre-face my comment by "there appears to be"....
Wil6 Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Ha ha yes it happens and can be genuinely innocent...the trick question is did he report "something innocent happened" to the event organizers on the day?And that is the million dollar question
Stretch Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 if top contender - CSA must sort it out there and then at the race if anyone else - people cheat..they are only cheating themselves..their problem not mine

The reason why I posted was that it was so obvious, perhaps too obvious. Ag, toemaar, **** happens in life.
Pappa Bear Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Cheating is like NOT whipping your ass........you only fool yourselve. Mads, VicanZA and Uni 3
Tiny K Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I know Nico well, and he is a frigging monster! For some oke to merrily go faster than him and the rest of the field - I think he crashed so hard his chip flew without him to the finish... that finish pic is the ghost of him finishing. deanbean 1
Tiny K Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 but to answer the question - take him to CWC's track and have one of the guys he 'beat' on the last segment challenge him to a couple laps on the track... things will become clear very quickly.
Thug Posted January 22, 2014 Author Posted January 22, 2014 Thug are you sure that timing system is correct? I don't think so. I checked the results for all the GrandMasters & SS's and everything appears 100%, so the probability of a timing system error for 1 individual.....
jcza Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I checked the results for all the GrandMasters & SS's and everything appears 100%, so the probability of a timing system error for 1 individual..... When I select WP4 my screen is blank for SS...oh well.
90 Inch Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 They seem to have removed some of the WP4 times, but.. The same rider took over 7 Hours to WP1 , and then less than an hour from WP1 to the finish ?
MTBc Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I'd rather get a DNF that do the last 2km in the back of a bakkie and still cross the line (even if I still come stone last with assistance). Ride it to the end, or you DNF. Sepia and scott the hobbit 2
jcza Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 The times at WP1 are not correct. Only times at finish appear correct
Jewbacca Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I just know for a fact that nobody on a SS rode past me from Spur stop to the end.......
CleatsnCleavage Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Origin of Trails organisers did nothing to change results of a guy who told them, after finishing on day 1, that he had taken the incorrect route and finished among the top guys.
