Is motorcycling allowed?

Over the last few days I have seen far too many motorbikes with rear lights that are not working during the dark hours of the morning / evening and a couple without working head lights too.

Managed to catch up to a bike recently and told the rider .... he had no idea.

IF you see these guys, please try and let them know as their lives are in the balance here.

.....you caught up to a guy on a motorbike, while on a bicycle?

Joe Ma'se Purse!

Nice thing about riding in an urban environment is that you can catch up if under the right conditions.

Funny thing about the Harley talk ... took a stroll down to the HD in CT over lunch and found a Fat Bob that really really talks to me .... timing is just not right for me yet.

Especially on bikes, like cyclists, plain stupid. I thought that lights come on automatically when one starts a motorbike.

assuming that the tail lights are blown and the riders have no clue about it

Usually the case.

But when you do your driving test, you do check the lights...  I am also guilty here. I do not check it every day.

From time to time, in traffic, pull brake and check if you can see the light on the vehicle behind you.

Same with footbrake.

Make no mistake - I know Donovan and while we always used to joke behind his back when he would pitch up to test a bike in shorts and slops, he's very smart and can also ride a bike pretty quickly too.

Having said that, Simon, as mad as he was/is, is also incredibly smart.

Most racers would lose the race to the buffet table against him too, so that's one race he wins at.......

Geez you okes are bastards. Haha.

Ok, back to Jorge. What did you think of the article? Personally, I think it makes sense. He's a talented rider and I don't think he just went backwards in the field because he lost his skills.

I know Simon and Donovan.

Simon is a real clever man. Has done incredibly well an hats off. He took the risks an remember the days when bark essay was printed on crap paper an around 60 pages. He stuck it out.

Created a whole industry out of rallies, petitioned government an won for barkers.

And a magnanimous ou too. Look at the rivalries over the years an how they have been resolved. Kenn, Portman etc.
