Bateleur1 Posted August 11, 2014 Share Who uses Spinning to train? Where do you do it? O do spinning whenever I can not get onto the bike. Normally when I travel I hit the closest VA. Spinning is ideal for interval training.

Zatek Posted August 11, 2014 Share I use my IDT (Tacx I-Flow) trainer. My training is based on power rather than HR.

Skubarra Posted August 11, 2014 Share I do one spinning class a week. When I started out spinning helped my cycling a lot, now not so much anymore but it still adds a bit of variety to my training. Pure Savage
Arora Posted August 11, 2014 Share A place on Rivoni Road called Bike Fit, Personalized coaching 2x a week for one hour. Its a great training programme that evolves through phases to ensure you don't stagnate and very affordable. They also do bike fittings and repairs. Donovan Le Cok Posted August 11, 2014 Share In my training room. The spinning bike is better for intervals and high intensity work than the IDT. The spinning bike has proper pedals now... Ratty Posted August 11, 2014 Share Like the spinning classes at the gym, but find it hard to get there when the classes are on. Had my IDT in the garage and was never using it as didn't like being in the garage especially during winter. Its now next to my bed. I wake up looking at it and find I've used it a lot more (if I look at it I feel guilty).
