Lands250 Posted May 10, 2016 Share Does the Polar Beat app recognise ANT+ straps? I forgot my garmin at home, but have my strap, and the phone picks up ANT signals.Nope. Unfortunately it is only compatible with Bluetooth units.
Eugene Brown Posted May 10, 2016 Share Been on vitality for 8 years and never got out of bronze because parents didn't care. Now I'm in my own medical aid and have told my parents how to get sorted as I learned myself. They hit gold in 3 months. Easy way (everyone in the family)Go to dischem to do the full assesment.Go to a biokneticist (helps boost your cash back on healthy food items at Woolies/PNP from 10%-25%)DO online assesments That leaves a few more points you need to pick up here and there, like fitness, dentist, stuff like that. It's seriously seriously easy. My parents and my brother (3 members) hit gold in March.I hit it a few weeks laterYip, it's not difficult at all, just need everyone's buy-in! Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted May 10, 2016 Share My disco one stays well clear of me!LOL. Offer is still there... But no, my discovery business consultant. IE the person who is supposed to "look after me" as a broker, yet still asks me for help with technical marketing queries 6 years after having left Disco myself... But no, no news. It was apparently a vitality / kulula systems integration issue, which was supposed to be sorted by end 1st quarter, now it's end 2nd quarter (July 1st) and who knows what. But in typical disco flavour, they launch it and THEN test. FML.
Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted May 10, 2016 Share What's the best way to run a second garmin account for selective uploading? With a Fenix3 if it matters, won't make a shred of difference to your goals. As people are saying here, whether you just hit your goals or masssively overshoot them, you still increase at the same rate. shaper Posted May 10, 2016 Share What's the best way to run a second garmin account for selective uploading? With a Fenix3 if it matters,On second account, when viewing activities in GC, top right click on manual upload. Have your F3 plugged in charging, it will act like a USB storage device, navigate to the F3 / Activities. Then manually upload the selective activities one by one. Health check at Dischem/Clicks or where ever contribute to 10%-25% cash back on healthy supermarket buy. And is free for all medical aid members as paid by disco health. No brainer. Biokineticist contributes to cash back from Totalsports or Sportsman's Warehouse, not PnP or Woolies. Unless your financial planner pays for it it costs money. No so no brainer unless you spend lots at these 2 stores or need the points to get to gold. I prefer the free points rather than the paid points. As I already draw a cheque to disco for 5 figures every month.

HealthyFood cashback is at 15% max until you do your health checks and online assessment (vitality age). But there's a 12 month rolling period in which you have to have done it. So do it once a year and it'll be fine. FML - just realised that's what you typed. LOL. Edited May 10, 2016 by Myles Mayhew

Frosty Posted May 10, 2016 Share 571!!!! Wow!!Well done Gerald, just a question.....where was Underachiever? Seems like you did all the work FWIW... My max is based on LTHR and not MaxHR... so if I'm in the red, it's above threshold and not the Max. I'm a master at hiding from the wind and Saturday was hectic - no place to hide. Us Vaalies aren't used to training in conditions like that. Edit:Underachiever was either behind, next to or in front of me (yellow bar tape).
