How do you expect me to get 45 kudos per ride from nondescript people who I don’t know around the world who sustain my self esteem?

Your’e cruel [emoji23]

Your update to strava will still go via your garmin (as well as to discovery)... so you will still get your kudos and ego stroked ;)

How is it that people can constantly achieve their goals?

I don’t check it all the time but I realized I wasn’t getting my active rewards and when I looked earlier today it shows all the activities but says the limits are reached (this includes a ride of over 3 hours yesterday- it shows the 600 points, but I just can’t get more?)

The limits reached is towards your vitality (active) points. That's not the same as your goal points. Check your average heart rate for the 3hr ride. You would still get your active rewards points if your average heart rate was above 70% I think (can't remember the % off-hand). Otherwise it will say activity didn't qualify in the activity view in the app.

Not so difficult to get to the maximum 900 points required a week if you know the rules. 1 race. Or 3x 300 point activities (30min intense workout or 1hr less intense workout). Or some 200 point workouts. Add some 50 or 100 points days for steps taken or a gym card swipe...

True that... If you find yourself doing 90min+ rides, then the endurance option may work out well for you... You can get a max of 600 points for a 2hrs ride @ 70%+... or 450 for a 90min ride. You'll find yourself maxing out you yearly fitness points fast - leaves room for error when striving for gold. The way I figure it, if you're doing the workouts, then use the rules to your advantage. For me, it's a good motivator.

Look at it this way, if you do 2hrs on a Sat and 2 on a Sun, you get to Monday having met your goal (I meant to mention that the endurance max target is 1200). Bosh!

Of 100km or more. 947 CC is "just" 600 points.

Seems like an upper echelons kind of Vitality club. Think they might be trying to compete with Multiply?
