After reading this fred, I think it's time for a new helmut.   :eek:

 

I think my helmet is about 5 years now.  Problem is that I can't find something that I like the look of :blush:

On a more serious note helmets do have a life span 2 to 3 years max

Quite fortunate that they have such a good crash replacement policy.

Nah. Just a bit of super glue and some insulation tape and you'll be good to go.

Probably time to replace my helmuts, interested to read the comments here (and poor Wannabe's fail).

My Giro Atmos looks like new still, so does my Uvex whatever model it is. But they are around 8 years old.

Wouldn't put them in a dishwasher, do the shower thing occasionally but more often wash with cold water and hand soap...
