Bizkit031 Posted February 12, 2016 Share See Shimano are having big price drops on components from SLX up but not sure if this is going to be world wide or just USA and Euro
JTK Posted February 12, 2016 Share to be honest. I think this is brilliant. May just move to SRAM because of this... 10t out back is not required. Just put two teeth up on the chainring to accomodate for that if you really feel that 11t on a MTB is a problem ;D
rock Posted February 12, 2016 Share Very heavy and plastic internals. No thanks. exactly what you would expect for the price. Now imagine that ZAR was still R8.80 to the USD Edited February 12, 2016 by rock Hairy, DirtyDan and RossW

koukie Posted February 12, 2016 Share 14$ for a 11speed chain, that is nice!
Skott5 Posted February 12, 2016 Share I'm looking at that crank... I like the look of that crank. The full NX conversion should cost roughly 6K. Doable for us plebs. Way better than when 1x 11 first hit the market. We just need frames and forks to follow suite ..
TheJ Posted February 12, 2016 Share For the love of DOG why don't they make 180mm cranksets in 1x ?? cobus3000

dirtypot Posted February 12, 2016 Share This cassette with the 11 speed thingamabob for the shifter from Rapide and you're sorted! (If you already run with Sram) 11 Speed on the cheap!
Plentipotential Posted February 12, 2016 Share Fantastic. For me, a week end warrior this is the answer because it takes the hassel out of which works with what. And to be honest at my level a top of the range group set will not make me faster. Might make me feel great until I shell out for replacement components. (If you already run with Sram) 11 Speed on the cheap!Well, at $27 the shifter is hardly where you'll be saving a ton (I estimate a R200 - R300 saving, which is probably not worth the hassle vs getting a new, warranteed part and selling your old bit for a hundy).
